Two states. One long road.
The new season runs the spine of the northern Rockies, Wyoming into Montana. Park country and rodeo arenas, lake towns and native nations, and camps pitched wherever the day's cooking ends. Every stop pairs a place with the work that feeds it: charters, trails, floats, saddles.

The Working Ranch
Days on a working cattle ranch in the Snake River valley: early gates, long hours in the saddle, and beef that never saw a supermarket. Ranch cooking, learned at the source.

Snake River Scenic Float
A slow drift under the Tetons with everything for dinner gathered along the banks. The river writes the menu.

Grand Teton Wildlife Safari
Bison, elk, and pronghorn at first light with the range standing behind them. A day spent watching the animals that built the food culture of the high plains.

Yellowstone Horseback Ride
Trail riding through the world's first national park, past steam and open valleys, to a camp dinner under the biggest sky of the route.

Rodeo Night
Rodeo under the lights in the town that calls itself the rodeo capital of the world, then chuckwagon cooking after the dust settles.

Fly Fishing Expedition
A fast river, a fly rod, and a full day spent earning dinner. Trout comes off the water and into brown butter before the light is gone.

Heart Butte Celebration
The show joins the Blackfeet Nation for the Heart Butte celebration: dancing, drums, and food traditions older than the state itself. The episode where the show listens most.

Glacier National Park
High trails, cold lakes, and a camp kitchen set against a million acres of ice-carved wild. The biggest backdrop of the season.

Whitewater Rafting
Cold water and big rapids, with a crew that still has to come out dry enough to cook that night. The rowdiest sourcing run of the season.

Huckleberry Foraging
Wild huckleberries grow only where they want to, and finding them means climbing. What comes back in the bucket becomes dessert over fire.
